I have been "one of those people" who rush around and overbook and say "yes" when I really meant to say "no" for much of my adult life. The last several years, I've been trying to knock that off... it's not good for anyone, you know? I've been doing my best (as a human, I fail sometimes) to really check-in with myself before making commitments, to only do the things that authentically resonate, to make decisions from a place of calm. I meditate every day; sometimes only for a few minutes, but I like to remind myself that 1 > 0.
