For some reason, Rubies feel like punk rock stones. Not logical, as they are pink. Alas, whenever a Ruby crosses my bench, I want to set in heavily patina'ed, rustic settings. So, here we are. Rubies are stones of courage, perhaps that's why. It is a courageous (and punk) thing to bring your whole self to the table, to live your own authentic truth.
