I am as fascinated by how cultures viewed stones as I am with the stones themselves. Let it suffice to say that I have gone down many rabbit holes learning about how different cultures through antiquity have interacted with and used them. I recently learned that Ancient Greeks believed Opals gave people the gift of seeing into the future, of prophesy.
