The life of a jeweler... there is, as you might guess, a lot you don't see. I am constantly trying things, failing, building prototypes, taking them apart. One of the things I love most about this art is that the opportunities to learn new techniques are limitless. It's impossible to get bored as there is never an end to learning. 
 
This ring was a prototype - I was trying a few things. Normally, I'd deconstruct it as it is not perfect. This one, however, was too cool to take apart. So, here it is! There are imperfections, but they add a bit of character to my eye. That being said, its price reflects the imperfections.
