I taught yoga for over twenty years. Many classes would end by chanting "Shanti, shanti, shanti." Translated, it means "Peace, peace, peace." An invitation to bring the peace from our practice into the work of our daily lives; peace as an action, not an idea. How can we each invite peace into our very beings? How can each of us become a soft landing place for others (not some others or others that agree with us wholly, but for ALL others)? A piece to remind us that if peace is an option, each and every one of us must embody it.
