Peace is often referred to as though it is a final state, a place to be reached. To me, peace (like love) is a verb. We can choose to bring the calming energy of peace, of harmony into our lives by embodying this energy and extending it, even in situations that appear to ask for conflict. Amazonite is called the "stone of peace." A beautiful reminder that if peace is what we want (and I sincerely hope it is), it is something we each must mindfully, wholeheartedly embody.
