I get easily lost in my head and see the world from a very analytical lens. I often have to remind myself to move my vision back into my heart center, to see the world through a lens of compassion, softness. Nothing, of course, is ever black and white. Existing in the liminal spaces feels like the work of the heart... I hope we can all aim. ourselves in that direction. Kyanite and Amazonite are both heart stones.
