I've been thinking a lot lately about discernment. From the food that goes into my body, the people I invest my precious time in, the activities I choose for myself, I am finding that I am wanting a lot less quantity and a lot more quality. This has been evolving for some time, however, I feel that the call to truly simplify and only invest my sacred and time and effort into things that truly nourish my whole being has grown louder and louder. Turquoise, the great protector, is a perfect companion on a journey of refining, more carefully selecting, and listening to one's own inner wisdom and discernment.
