Over the last several months, I have been working to build my personal meditation practice. It has long been something I know would be "good for me" but that always seemed a bit out of reach - life seeming to be too busy, other priorities, etc., etc. I have been managing, however, to make it happen and it really does make a difference - in perspective, in approach, in supporting more balanced prioritization. Amethyst are stones for meditation... inviting calm, creativity, and the focused quiet that we all need to connect more deeply to our inner wisdom.
